Rent Payments

Rent payments are due on the 1st. Rent is considered LATE at midnight on the 4th of the month and a late fee of $100.00 will be assessed. CASH will not be accepted. 


You have three options of paying rent: 

1) ONLINE: make payments online through your tenant portal https://velocitypm.appfolio.com/connect/


2) MAIL: Please make rent payments payable to:
Velocity Property Management, LLC 

Please mail rent to:

Please pay with only one check or money order. Multiple checks will not be accepted. 
Checks must be postmarked by the 4th of the month.


3) DROP OFF: deliver payments to our office. You can use the secure drop box during the building open hours.
