Rental Application Process

  1. Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out their own application. We charge a $45 fee per application and are to be paid online with a credit card or debit card - application fees are refundable up until we process your application and will be refunded through Tenant Data. 
  2. Applications are done online via the link below.
  3. Please attach a copy of your photo ID with your application.
  4. Our process can take 3-5 business days. We will follow up if we have any questions, or have an update on your application.
  5. We process on a first come, first serve basis. Applications are also reviewed in the order that they are received.
