• Screen credit, criminal, eviction, employment and rental history
• Accept or deny applicants based on screening criteria

Move-in

• Collect deposit and 1st month's rent
• Complete lease agreement and required forms

Once you are managing the property we do offer assistance with your rental and offer a variety of
